* Time tabled when show rehersals start Pole Courses/ 1 2 1s /Classes Explained Pole Fit Courses run as six week courses (booking essential) OR are included in Membership Plans, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze) For courses at Pole Fit, payment is required in advance to secure your booking; a deposit of half the course fee is required (see Prices), with the full amount payable on the start day. Having booked onto a course, the deposit is none refundable. Catch up sessions must be taken within the six week blocks by attending another class pre-agreed of similar level. DO NOT misuse the catch up facility. Beginners (Pole Fit Course) - basic spins, poses, transitions and routines (6 week course) Beginners Improver (Pole Fit Course) - to improve strength, by working on beginner moves (6 weeks course) Beginners Advanced (Pole Fit Course) - further progression of the basic moves and introduction into inverting moves and poses. (6 week course) Beginner Advanced Improver (Pole Fit Course)- to improve strength, by working on beginner and beginner advanced moves (6 weeks course) Intermediate (Pole Fit Course) - further progression and dynamic and static inverted moves. (6 week course) Intermediate Improver (Pole Fit Course) - to improve strength and revisiting intermediate moves (6 week course) Advanced level 1,2,3,4,5 (Pole Fit Course) - advanced up the pole moves and transitions (6 week course) Troupe (Pole Fit Course) - professional advanced level (6 week course) Instructor level - Pole Fit instructor training Pole Practice - No need to book (£4 per session OR FREE on Membership plans, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze) - practice sessions for Pole Fit students. 1 2 1 Tuition- personal level applies (call for times available). 24 hours notice will be required to cancel your place on a private class. If the required 24 hours notice is given, you will not be charged for the cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given - this will be deemed a 'late cancellation' and you will be charged for the class. Hula Hoop Classes - £5 per session.. A great way to tone up keep fit and have fun.. hoops are provided.. small class sizes, booking essential (included in Silver Membership Plan) Street Dance - No need to book (£4 per session) - Street dance is one of the most popular styles of dance and is an excellent way of improving stamina, co- ordination and performance. It's also a brilliant way to keep fit! Stretch - Strength - Balance - (SSB) No need to book (£4 per session) Throughout the session safe stretching methods are taught, which improve flexibility, strength and balance.. a great addition for to improve splits, twists and back bends on the pole. Aerial Arts Pole Fit Course or Private tuition - Learn the beautiful art of silks - aerial hoop... A great addition to improve strength, flexibility, stamina and grace. The sessions are aimed at beginners to aerial dance/arts. (6 week course OR included in Gold and Platinum Membership Plans)
