Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a class Informed consent form prior to participation. Any health related concerns must be reported to the instructor before attending.
COURSES –
For courses at Pole Fit, payment is required in advance to secure your booking; a deposit of half the course fee is required, with the full amount payable on the start day. Having booked onto a course, the deposit is none refundable. While every effort is made to ensure that your class commences, Pole Fit reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class. Catch up sessions must be taken within the six week blocks by attending another class pre-agreed of similar level. DO NOT misuse the catch up facility.
PRIVATE TUITION –
24 hours notice will be required to cancel your place on a private class. If the required 24 hours notice is given, you will not be charged for the cancellation. If less than 24 hours notice is given - this will be deemed a 'late cancellation' and you will be charged for the class.
PARTIES –
Pole Party deposits are half the full amount, with the remaining full amount payable on the party day in CASH ONLY.
Pole parties deposits must be received in advance of the chosen date and are non refundable.
POLE FIT DROP IN CLASSES–
NO Booking required. Payment in cash before class starts. Arrive 5 minutes before.

Participants must be over the age of 16. With parents consent/chaperone ages 14/15 can attend pole fit courses.
