Chair Dancing Chair dancing is a non-impact form of dance and exercise. Our chair dancing classes provide a full aerobic workout, through a sassy and exotic dance routine. Each routine is designed to be fun, challenging and a great way to enjoy dance. Chair Dance Classes Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm What to wear: We strongly suggest for beginners to wear clothes for aerobic workouts such as leggings and shorts. However as the classes progress so does confidence!!! Pole-Fit encourages all students to be comfortable throughout from our routines to clothing. What to bring A bottle of water as the classes will not just work your confidence but also your body!!!!! Prices: £4 per session NO NEED TO BOOK |
