Pole-Fit parties are perfect for hen/birthday/girly nights/get together/christmas parties. The main emphasis of Pole-Fit Parties is to have fun within a private group.

Pole parties

At the party a warm up is given before moving on to different pole spins, transition, poses and dance moves.. The moves are put in a into a routine and performed as a group:).

Pole-parties are fantastic introduction into Pole-Fit and dancing, and suitable for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Our pole-parties can cater for up to 25 people, and are in a private and clean studio. 

Chair, Burlesque and Hula-Hoop Parties

Again a warm up is completed and the group will be taught basic moves, poses and transitions. Then the moves are put together into a routine which everyone performs at the end.

The parties can be themed, from 80s to super hero’s… anything goes..

At Pole Fit we use an in house photographer which can be booked to take pictures, making the party more memorable
